Volksinn - Vienna

I had a great time at this antique hotel. The communal vibe from the courtyard-facing windows made it feel social, even though I traveled alone. Mari's Metcha Matcha tea house was a sweet spot with delicious Japanese refreshments. The hotel's location was really handy, being close to the Underground and just a few stops away from the airport train. The hoists were super helpful and let us drop off our bags early and leave them after check-out. The nearby Gourmet Spar provided everything we needed for self-catering.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything amazing, a good choice of restaurants and cafes/restaurants for breakfast. Helpful staff and host. Absolutely perfect setting, views of garden. A 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Vienna.

Our weekend in Vienna was fantastic. The staff and owner were amazing and made us feel like family. The room was quite spacious with a comfortable double bed - we had a wonderful time staying here.

the flat had a charming old Viennese style, with all the basics you might need like an iron, shower gel, and a hairdryer. the kitchen was relatively big and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. the entrance to the apartment was also very charming, adding to the overall appeal. The flat was conveniently located near good public transport options, with a subway station close by. Cons: Didn't find any downsides to my stay at the property. 😊.

I really enjoyed my recent stay during Christmas in this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with the beautiful Christmas markets just a short walk away. The proximity to the U-Bahn station and a supermarket made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and grab any essentials I needed. the hotel itself had a quiet courtyard which provided a peaceful atmosphere. This was a great advantage as it allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

While my stay had many positive aspects, there were a few things that could have been improved. The shower drains were clogged, which resulted in the entire shower area getting flooded after just a few minutes of use.
